The CGI and SFX for example the emphasis on powers and the 3-dimensional city that looks like an optical illusion. From this you can tell that it's a big-budget film because there is high end lighting and costumes being used. Another way the trailer tells you the film is big-budget is the use of Brand identity. The trailer instantly advertise Marvel in bold as Marvel is established with a large fanbase witch would entice those to consume this media product.

I would consider Doctor Strange a successful Hollywood blockbuster because although a lot of money was put in to make this high quality action film, it earn't more than twice of what it cost meaning it had a wide audience of consumers. It could also be considered a successful Hollywood blockbuster as the conventions of them are: a big star actor ( Benedict Cumberbatch), a franchise (which it was said to have as a use of promotion, and a large budget ( Doctor Strange had a budget of $165 million)
